How do I form my intention for the week? When I’m doing my weekly planning, I think about how I want to feel in the week ahead. I also think about what’s happening around me currently and if there’s any “higher wisdom” I can interpret from that. This should be your “lighthouse” mantra for the week ahead.

The top three things you want to accomplish this week. For me, it’s:
Transition back to school / responsibilities
Find balance between work and rest
Turn in my tax stuff to my accountant

Monday: Pilates video (I did this Blogilates couch workout today)
Tuesday: Private Pilates with the amazing Wellness Connection
Wednesday: Cardio and Weights Workout
Thursday: Pilates video
Friday: yoga
Weekend: cardio / hike!

My kid going back to school post spring-break
Seeing a dear friend I haven’t seen in wayyyy toooo long
Jumping back into writing projects
A new opportunity career-wise on the horizon2
Having no big plans this weekend (REST)

This Week’s Writing Goals
3-4 Substack posts
Start outline for new re-break of procedural pilot, with completion goal of 3/30
Continue to outline “dramedy feature” (Hero/Goal Sequence style)/ pitch logline to my manager
Continue to outline 2nd novel
Send “genre feature” to feature writer friends for notes
Schedule some “check in” meetings with mentors / upper level writers / feature writers
Update Projects List
